Our brand new Bermaq SG 5-axis CNC milling machine (X-axis movement 5000mm, Y-axis movement 2800mm, Z-axis movement 1250mm) enables us to cut large models such as vehicle body sides, boat hull models and large aircraft component models.

We can also manufacture exact polystyrene replicas of, for example, cartoon characters, scaled up or down versions of products for special promotions or exhibitions, film and theatre props, architectural models, concept models and our core business of large polystyrene patterns for the automotive press tool industry.

To supplement traditional manufacturing methods we have another large Bornemann BW900 (X-axis movement 3300mm, Y-axis movement 2200mm, Z-axis movement 1000mm) CNC Milling Machine fitted with a Bornemann hollow spindle cutting motor which also mills patterns from solid blocks of polystyrene. |
