Our large scale 5 axis CNC milling machines mean we can handle any size project. Working with polyurethane gives us incredible flexibility when it comes to making sculptures, cores and many other types of 3d forms.

We offer various density polyurethane boards, higher density boards for high levels of detail and surface finish without the need for hard coatings or lower density boards of high levels of detail that can be coated to make permanent pieces for outdoor or indoor use.

We've worked on everything from polyurethane racing cars to polyurethane aeroplanes, polyurethane furniture to polyurethane sculptures, mascots for promotions to TV and polyurethane film props.

Polyurethane models can be used as is, painted for display items or coated with resin and fibreglass to be used as moulding bucks or prototypes.

The main benefit of polyurethane is that it is non-reactive with any resins, therefore, it does not need a plug seal, unlike polystyrene which needs a plug seal before any polyester resin can be applied to the surface of the model. Finished pieces can also be used for casting bronze or other metals into sculptures or other types of art.
